2001 Mazda MPV PCV hose replacement

2001 Mazda MPV with 123,000 miles and Check Engine light illuminated.
OBD codes P0171 P0174 P0481 P0421 indicating a lean run condition (unmetered intake air in this case)
Mazda dealers charge 2 hours ($190 locally) to replace this hose!
It took me approx. 1 hour to complete and I had no idea where it was located beforehand.
The hose (Mazda pn GY01-13-89YB) is a ripoff at $69.04 list (as of 5/2008). The abusive labor charge adds insult to injury!!!
Making/saving $190/hour ain't bad! Basic metric hand tools required. GOOD LUCK!!!
Disclosure: I used to fix cars for a living, so I'm not afraid to attempt this job!

    Ken,
I'm hoping you check for comments occasionally as I don't see an email address listed for you.

I just wanted to commend you on the great pictures for the MPV pcv hose replacement. I also have a 2001 (with about 152k miles) and I am going to attempt the hose replacement probably tomorrow. If you don't mind, I'd love to be able to ask a question or two before I start the job. If you don't mind, please contact my email address noted above. Thanks.
